Original enhanced engraving, containing vignettes with views of the main African cities (Tangiers, Ceuta, Algiers, Tunis, Alexandria, Cairo, Mozambique, Saint-Georges-de-la-Mine in Ghana, Canarie) and people's costumes (Moroccans, Senegalese, Guinean merchants, inhabitants of Cape Lopez in Gabon, Congolese soldiers, Egyptians, Abyssinians, Cafres of Mozambique, kings of Madagascar, inhabitants of the Cape of Good Hope).
Titled and signed in a cartouche "Auct: Guiljelmo Blaeuw".
