RELIQUE - VITRE (35) / Old handwritten attestation on folded paper, that this envelope thus formed, contains hair of Father René Sébastien Bretteau de La Gueretterie (1781-1840), Curé of Saint-Martin de Vitré (Ille-et-Vilaine), who died in odor of Holiness - The one called "the Saint of Vitré" is supposed to heal children, they are brought to walk 5 times around his tomb (a street in Vitré was named after him).
