JUDAICA - Armand LEVY (1827-1891, lawyer and activist for the Jewish cause) / Correspondence of 3 autograph letters signed, total 4 p in-8, 1866-67-82, to Emile Aucante (1822-1909): he recommends the young Polish engraver Stankowski, asks to report on the inauguration of the monument to Polish poet Adam Mickiewicz, and joins his friend Ladislas Mickiewicz (son of the poet) in recommending the Widow Zabicha, owner of a printing house, a person of perfect loyalty, "you can be assured of the zeal that will be brought to satisfy you with very modest prices".
