Marshal CLARKE. Marie-Françoise Zaepffel (1755-1842) was the niece of Jean-Évangéliste Zaepffel (future Bishop of Liège). She married Henri-Jacques-Guillaume Clarke, Comte d'Hunebourg et Duc de Feltre, Maréchal de France and Minister of War, on January 26, 1799, becoming his second wife - Lettre A.S. written in Paris on June 29, 1828. Letter of thanks to a monk for accepting Mr. Girbaud's son into the college. Signed "La Duchesse de Feltre".
