Green ribbon, white stripe. 77 members present. Session - Moscow; b) 84th IOC Session Baden-Baden, 1981. Six different badges with pin (green square in silver square): a) large format, white ribbon, 7x3.5; b) five small formats (5.7x2.8), blue ribbon, yellow, purple black stripe, white blue stripe, white red stripe. Only 81 members present awarded the 1988 Games to Seoul.
