Caqué and Puymaurin An important collection of seventy-two bronze medals from the Collection historique des médailles des Rois de France. French sovereigns from the mythical Pharamond (420) to Louis-Philippe I (1830) are represented. Each medal features the main kings of France in bas-relief on the reverse, and their brief biographies on the reverse. All presented in two wooden glass panels. Engraved by CAQUE and published by MONNAIE DE PARIS from 1836 to 1840. Medal diameter: 52mm, frame size: 53x65cm Some medals oxidized.
