Cycling/ Cars/ Motorcycles/ Cottereau/ Dijon Superb poster board advertising "Cycles, Automobiles, Motocycles, Cottereau et Cie, Dijon" by Tamagno. This lithograph from 1905 brings together two great names: Tamagno (1862-1933), a master poster artist, and Louis Cottereau d'Angers (1869-1917), a former champion turned manufacturer. A multiple French champion and stubborn winner of the 1893 Bordeaux-Paris race, the versatile mustachioed Cottereau (also a racing driver) was one of the first successful conversions. 30.5 x 41.5 cm.
