Cycling/ Cartoons/ France-Soir/ Paris-Soir/ Cello Rare set of 20 original caricatures by Cello, alias Marcel Juseret (1895-1965). A poster artist and cartoonist, Cello was active in all the major sports publications from 1920 to 1950. From 1942 to 48, he was particularly active in "Paris-Soir" and "France-Soir". In this set in Indian ink, in varying formats (15.5x26, 10x32, 15x12, 11.5x32.5, etc.), we find friezes, frescoes and portraits by : Prat-Blanchet, Maye-Tassin, Somers-Prévotal, Tassin, les 6 jours, Piot-Véron, Terreau (Julien Gracq's idol), Minardi, Schotte, Sercur, Peuziat, Brambilla-Teisseire, Rossi-Bonduel, Danguillaume, Baldassari, Idée-Giguet, Lemoine, Lamboley, Piot-Caffi, Goutal, Claes or Giorgetti. The track has its place.
