But here, at last, we have all the official figures for all the participants and foreign delegations, as well as details of expenses. There were 57,144 French participants (including 6 women). Only 1,400 copies of the famous Vernon brochure were printed, with photos of events in Asnières, Meulan, Argenteuil-Triel and Vincennes...
