MARLY August 1st 1710. "I would be very pleased, Madame, to be able to obtain the ruling you desire for Commissioners in the case your Children have before the Grand Chamber against Messire de VILLEDIEU, but this is absolutely impossible, as the King has made it a rule not to appoint Commissioners in any case whatsoever, except with the consent of the parties...".
