Patent made at FONTAINEBLEAU (77) on November 15, 1765, signed Germain PICHAULT de la MARTINIÈRE, Knight of the Order of Saint Michael, Counselor, First Surgeon to the King, Chief of Surgery of the Kingdom, President of the Royal Academy of Surgery, Keeper of the Charters, Statutes and Privileges of the said Art (His letterhead with his name and titles.)
