"Title of emancipation from the Censive of one sheep and concession of an indefinite faculty of depaissance throughout the Seigneurie, in favor of all and each of the inhabitants of SAINT-GERVAIX (Saint-Gervais-sur-Mare, Hérault) and the Vicomté of NÉBOZON, in return for the annual provision of one cheese or sixteen deniers by each man or woman who keeps flocks." (Nébouzan was a viscounty created in 1240 by detachment from Comminges. It was made up of several enclaves located in today's Hautes-Pyrénées and Haute-Garonne departments). Mentioned: Dieu-Donné De BOSSAGES, Lord of St-Gervaix and all of Nebozon (Nébouzan). Notaries of Béziers, Olargues and Saint-Gervaix (Saint-Gervais-sur-Mare). "This title was translated from Latin on a vidimus (collated expedition) made on February 12, 1420, by the judge of Béziers... on the registers of the notary of St-Gervaix.
