LIQUIDATION OF DEBTS OF THE GRANDE ARMÉE and the ARMÉES d'Occupation. More than 1500 documents from 1816 to 1829. Archive of a private company specializing in the collection of Army debts. It handles claims from former servicemen dismissed for unpaid pay, loan arrears or unpaid requisitions, document files, information sheets sent to the Bureau Liquidateur, claims for reimbursement with responses from the Ministry of War, liquidation of ongoing cases, debt recovery (military debts) of all kinds, and miscellaneous documents. All contained in a curved trunk from the Restoration period. (34 x 46 x height 28 cm).
