Louis, Marquis de BRANCAS, Marshal of France in 1741 (Pernes/ Vaucluse 1672 - 1750): Letter signed "BRANCAS", in RENNES (Ille-et-Vilaine) on February 8, 1741, to M. le Marquis de BRETEUIL. 5 pages in-4°: "I have always postponed, sir, my departure for NANTES because of the dreadful weather and the bad roads, but I cannot postpone going there for long, as my presence is necessary for many things.
