Royal black wax seal. The Comte de PROVENCE emigrated abroad around June 20, 1791: "The creditors of the late Mr de MAZIÈRES have just delivered a new memorandum on their lawsuit with the heirs. This is becoming an essential reason for granting the Comte de Modène the necessary time to reply and produce the decisive documents.
