Congé avec pension pour le Chasseur Laurent LEON, natif de VERVIERS Département de l'Ourthe - Vignette and Cachet. 1p engraved filled in ink (25.5 x 37). GOBERT (Jacques-Nicolas) was a General in 1793. He was born in Basse-Terre/ Guadeloupe 1760 - shot in the head in Baylen, he died on July 17, 1808.
