NASA. A magnificent photograph of the far side of the Moon, highlighting the "Terminator", the space that separates the illuminated part of the Moon from the darker part. The multitude of craters on the part of the lunar surface hidden from the Earth are clearly visible, providing a striking contrast of detail and mystery. Unidentified mission.
