COURTIERS EN VINS des Élections d'ORLÉANS (45) & de BEAUGENCY - De par le Roy LOUIS XIV, Ordonnance d'André JUBERT DE BOUVILLE, chevalier, Marquis de BIZY & de CLERE PANILLEUZE, Conseiller d'État & Intendant en la Généralité d'Orléans - Fait à ORLÉANS (45) le 29 Janvier 1700. "Le Roy étant informé des sommes considérables que plusieurs personnes se disent Courtiers Commissionnaires, percevaient de tous les Vins qui se vendaient dans les Paroisses de Vignoble. Deemed it appropriate, in 1691, to establish them as Offices, and to fix the fees they could charge for each barrel of wine, and the Elections of ORLÉANS & BEAUGENCY, wishing to free themselves from this Duty, appealed to His Majesty, who was kind enough to grant them the suppression of the said Offices by paying the sum of 78,000 Livres....
