Germaine Gourd, widow of Guillaume Lafargue, Prisoner, appellant of a sentence rendered by the Royal Judge of Sainte Foy, of August 19, 1723, which condemns her to Banishment for three years, for the crime of concealment & Magdelaine Mathieu also condemned for the crime of theft.... condemns the said Germaine Gourd to be beaten and fustigated with twelve strokes of the rod by the executor of High Justice, banished for 10 years from the Sénéchaussées of Guyenne, Libourne & Bergerac & fined 10 Livres by the Roy....
