Contre M. le Prince de CONTY, Seigneur par engagement du domaine & comté de la FERTÉ-ALEPS, & M. de MONTULLÉ Conseiller en la Cour, son Curateur causes, ayant pris le fait & cause du Sous-Fermier du Domaine de LA FERTÉ ALEPS, intimé": "Can a Seigneur in the Coutume de Paris or similar claim banality, even outside his Fief, without having either title or possession?
