"Police judgement, between the owners of the Grande Boucherie d'Orléans, against François MIGNOT l'aîné, butcher in Orléans - Prohibition on the owners of the Étaux de la Grande BOUCHERIE adjoining the Porte de la Grande Boucherie, on the Marché à la Crème side, to the Sindic des Bouchers, to rent the front of the said Porte & to draw any remuneration from it, given that the said Place is part of the market; Enjoin the Tripières who have hitherto occupied the front of the said gate, to withdraw to the Grande Triperie, on pain of confiscation of the merchandise, & 50 livres fine..." .
