Le Marquis de VIENNOIS, l'Abbé de LA SALCETTE, le Comte de MEFFREY, DE SAINT-FERREOL, le Chevalier DU BOUCHAGE... "The Assembly is and will continue to be concerned with the great object of THE CONSTITUTION... Invites all Frenchmen to Peace, to the maintenance of order & public tranquility, to the confidence they owe to their King (LOUIS XVI) & to their Representatives, & to that respect for the Laws, without which there is no true liberty. Declares, as for those in power who have caused or will cause, by their crimes, the misfortunes of the People, that they must be accused, convicted & punished; but they must only be accused by the Law, & that the Law must keep them under its protection..." - From the printing house of J.M.
