Given in Paris, July 26, 1790. "...considering that it is of the greatest benefit to the State, Agriculture and Commerce, to maintain the free circulation of the Canal de Picardie ou de Crozat, has decreed...that the Voyaux Lock near LIEZ will be rebuilt immediately... That the SEMPIGNY lock will be completed and enlarged in the near future...". Printed in Paris, 1790; 2 pages in-4°.
