"A Arrêté du Commissaire du Gouvernement FRÉRON, porte: A dater du 25 Pluviôse (An 4, 14 Février 1796) les Commandants militaires se feront représenter par leurs parents les certificats des Volontaires ou Jeunes-gens de la Réquisition, qui attestent leur arrivée à leurs Bataillons; faute de quoi, ils mettra garnison plus ou moins considérable chez lesdits Parents."
