Letter signed by Lieutenant-General, Aide de Camp to the King, Baron ATTHALIN (1784-1856) - 2 folio pages: "General, I assume that you have already received instructions concerning the trip that the King, the Queen, the Princes and Princesses of the Royal Family propose to make shortly to DREUX on the occasion of the anniversary of the deplorable catastrophe that has greatly afflicted the whole of France, destroying its dearest hopes...". He gives him the ceremonial planning and military arrangements..." (the general's name was cut off at the bottom of the page)
