Extract from the registers of the Conseil d'État forbidding the Capitouls and Consuls of TOULOUSE,... to levy subsidy duties, commutation any other duties they levy in the said city, on commodities and goods passing through the Gardiage territory of the said city, either by the Canal de communication des Mers,... to reach the Garonne or by land, to be shipped there, under penalty of concussion.
