The Council grants him the right to wear the Medallion in saltire on the left side of his uniform for the rest of his life - Issued in Paris, on 2 pluviôse an 2 (January 21, 1794) - Decorative patent engraved on vellum (34x28) - Signed with the Claw of BOUCHOTTE Minister of War.
