Done at OSSUM, 19 Frimaire an 3 (3 Dec. 1794). Discharge for André FAUCHEUX, ci-devant Sergeant. Certify that he was seriously wounded at the Affaire de FAMARS in 1793 (Old Style), fighting the Satellites of the Tyrants, crippled, was at the Siege of Valenciennes. Patent (21.5 x 37 cm)
