PROCLAMATION by Jean DEBRY, Representative of the French People, sent to the Departments of Drôme, Vaucluse and Ardèche. LOI of 24 Pluviôse An 3 (February 12, 1795) approving the Proclamation: "INDIGNATE of the audacious struggle that the supporters of the bloodthirsty regime dare to raise and continue against justice and humanity, the entire National Representation spontaneously pronounced itself on the 25th of Nivôse, and swore eternal war on men of blood... Citizens of the Drôme, Vaucluse and Ardèche, let us extend our arms to the misguided patriot who recognizes his error; but anathema to men of blood...". From the Imprimerie Nationale des Lois.
