Victor CONSIDÉRANT, French philosopher. (Salins (Jura) 1808 - Paris 1893) A disciple of Fourier, he defined the concept of the right to work, which became one of the key ideas of the French Socialists in 1848. He joined the 1st International (1871) and took part in the Commune. Autograph Letter Signed, PARIS June 11, 1844, 2pp in-8°, to M.
