GENERALITY OF CAEN (14). 1761. CENS RENTES SEIGNEURIALES OU FÉODALES. "ARREST of the Council of State of the King, which orders the execution, in the Generality of CAEN, of the Council's ruling rendered on October 13, 1750: consequently, failing by the Debtors of Cens Rentes Seigneuriales to have provided particular declarations to be made deduction for them in the Rôles du Vingtièmes, by declaring by the Lords the Cens Rentes Seigneuriales or Féodales of which they enjoy, either in money or in kind, it will be made to the said Lords no deduction of the Dixièmes or Vingtièmes on behalf of their Censitaires. May 18, 1761. Follows the ordinance of François-Jean ORCEAU, Knight, Baron DE FONTETTE, Lord of Essoye, Verpillière, Noé, of the great and small Malet, Chatelain of Tilly, King's Counselor, Intendant and Commissioner in the Generality of CAEN.
