Rare commemorative poster celebrating a wonderful anniversary: "Variétés Club de France, 1971-1991, Variétés Club de France vs Sélection Mondiale, September 11, 1991, at 5:30pm at the Parc des Princes...". 67x48. BE. This poster honors an extraordinary team created in 1971 by friends (Yzerman, Dhrey, Biernat and Vendroux) to help out and raise awareness of often little-known causes. Personalities and former great players are there, giving of their time, their person, their panache, to serve, to give back... Hundreds of them have put their hand to the grindstone, around Platini, Rocheteau, Emile Henry, Denisot, Thierry Rolland, or Baledent. They play 40 charity matches a year, and since their creation have played 2,428 !!!! This is France's charity team. Chaired by Karl Olive and coached by Jean-Mimi Larqué, it's always there, where you least expect it, but where you need a helping hand. It's a team of pleasant surprises, Santa Clauses and enchanted corners.
