René Mans VI de FROULAY, Comte de TESSÉ, the last Marquis de LAVARDIN (1736 - 1814) lieutenant-general for the King in Maine, Perche and Laval County, first equerry to the Queen at the start of the French Revolution. He was forced to expatriate himself and abandon all his properties.
