Linemar Toys, a division of Marx Toys and C°, distributed many toys, including this musical Jungle Trio in lithographed sheet metal and composition made in Japan. Two monkeys, one perched on an elephant, play drums and double cymbals, while the sound is emitted by a mobile flute. The on/off device is located at the rear of the richly lithographed circular turntable. Operates on 2 LR 20 1.5 v batteries supplied with the toy.
Very good condition of the litho, the arm of one of the 2 monkeys has been cleanly glued back together.
