Jean-Michel ALBEROLA (b. 1953) Chez Claude Fournet, Nice, February 27, 1982. Pencil and watercolor on a sketchbook page. Signed, dated and titled in pencil. 15 x 12.8 cm. Claude Fournet (1942-2024) was Director General of the Museums of Nice, essayist, novelist and poet, benefactor of young artists and catalyst for Nice's art scene. He was Jean-Michel Alberola's host, in his pavilion at the Musée Masséna, during the group exhibition L'Air du temps: la Figuration libre en France at the Galerie d'Art Galerie d'Art Contemporain des Musées de Nice in 1982.
