Letter of advice from Madame Fela de la Fons regarding payment of the duty of 60 Bales of Pastel to Jean De Halsse: "Monsieur de la SALLE commis par le Roy à tenir les Regrats et Contrôle des Pastels qui passent par le présent pays de Béarn. I hereby inform you that Madame has today granted a passport to Sieur Jehan de Halsse Marchand to pass 60 Bales of Pastel, for which he has remitted to me the tax at the rate of 40 Sols per bale, together with duties amounting to 4 Livres.
