At the request of Jacques JULIA PAGEZ, domiciled in PIA, we mandate that his Brevet, which Monseigneur le Duc Anne-Jules de NOAILLES, Gouverneur du Roussillon, (also Vice-Roi de Catalogne), did him the honor of granting him on March 26, 1759, by which his Excellency has placed him under his protection and safeguard, has allowed him to take his coat of arms as his ensign, and wants him to enjoy the privileges of those enrolled in the Capitainerie, to be registered in the Capitainerie, and to send him inhibitory letters in the ordinary manner.
