Joint receipt on vellum (10 x 25.5 cm). Several seals broken. Mandement du conseil et comte de Blois au recevoir de Blois de payer à l'abbé et couvent de Notre Dame de Fontaines les Blanches 19 livres tournois pour tous les arrérages qui leur sont dues. Enclosed is a receipt from Brother Jean of the said convent.
